Lambeth House

This project involved the rebuilding of an existing two-storey closet wing and extensive internal refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Building.  The closet wing was rebuilt at a slightly wider width which allowed for storage within those rooms making these areas more usable. This is most notably seen in the ground floor boot room leading out to the rear garden: previously this space was too narrow to be more than a simple corridor.  The rest of the interior was remodeled involving new bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces.  A new infrastructure (lighting, heating and plumbing, mesh internet etc) was also implemented.
